Gift Card Management
RDT Systems provides a full Gift Card Management process fully integrated with the RDT Point of Sales and Back-office systems. Our system gives you the flexibility to purchase your gift card collateral directly with us or with any gift card manufacturer. You can use gift cards with predetermined denominations or you could load the value at the time of purchase.
The gift cards can be used as an alternative to the inconvenient paper gift certificates. Gift cards can be activated at any point during the sales transaction without interrupting the customer’s shopping experience. Gift cards can also be implemented as an alternative to paper merchandise credits.
RDT’s gift cards management system will redeem your gift card, maintain the running balance and allow consumers to reload with additional funds.
